Bill E. Lay was the pastor of Cornerstone Church for nearly 23 years. On November 27, 2012, he stepped into heaven to receive his eternal reward.

Pastor Bill and his wife Janet accepted the pastorate at Cornerstone Church in 1990. Under his direction, Bill Lay guided the church through 3 major building programs, and an unprecidented move to the current location, by orchestrating a property swap with another established local church.

Pastor Bill had a great vision to match his great God, leaving a legacy of Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness to all who are in need. With honor and respect, we thank you Pastor Bill for a job well done!
